My role at HSM is Performance Improvement Coordinator. I monitor and audit all Intakes, Discharges, and Group notes. I work closely with HSM employees to ensure daily tasks are completed.
I was a Meth addict for 23 years and spent most of my life locked up in jails, prison, and treatment centers. At the age of 42 I got sober and went to school to be a Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I have been an intake coordinator, office manager, HR assistant, part time driver, female UA tester, group leader, and doctor liaison before coming to HSM. I went to school at Saddleback College and have worked my way up to CCAPP CADC II
I love working at Hillside Mission because I love working with my coworkers. They are like family. I love to see the lights come on in the addicts eye and see the growth people make.
Professionally, I am most passionate about client care. Personally, I am most passionate about my family.
